1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Inferra ("we", "us", "our"), a learning services provider located at 175 Prajak Silpakom Road, Mak Khaeng, Mueang, Udon Thani 41000, Thailand.

By accessing our website at inferrajads.biz or enrolling in any of our programmes, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

2. Our Services

Inferra offers structured online learning programmes in Python programming and AI development. Our current catalogue includes:

• 01.Python & AI Starter — a beginner programme introducing Python basics, data handling, and core machine-learning ideas.
• 02.Hands-On Model Building — a project-led series covering data preparation, model building, and evaluation for learners with basic Python skills.
• 03.Guided Capstone Track — a mentor-supported track for developing a full AI project with one-to-one guidance and portfolio coaching.

Programme content, pricing, and availability are subject to change. We will communicate any significant changes to enrolled learners in advance.

3. Enrolment and Eligibility

To enrol in an Inferra programme you must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian if you are younger. By submitting an enrolment form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Inferra reserves the right to decline or cancel any enrolment at its reasonable discretion, including where we believe the information provided is inaccurate or where enrolment is not suitable for the learner's stated experience level.

4. Fees and Payment

Programme fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all materials provided as part of the programme. Fees are payable in full at the time of enrolment unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Prices displayed on our website are current at the time of viewing, but we reserve the right to update pricing for future enrolments. Any price change will not affect an enrolment that has already been paid.

We do not store payment card details on our systems. All payment processing is handled by our payment provider in accordance with applicable security standards.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

We understand that circumstances change. Our refund policy is as follows:

6. Programme Access and Conduct

Access to programme materials is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. Your access is personal to you and may not be shared with or transferred to another person.

We ask all learners to engage respectfully with instructors, mentors, and fellow learners. Behaviour that is abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive to others may result in removal from the programme without refund.

You are responsible for the technical requirements needed to access online materials, including a suitable device, internet connection, and any software specified in the programme prerequisites.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided as part of an Inferra programme — including written materials, code exercises, video recordings, feedback notes, and project templates — remains the intellectual property of Inferra or its content contributors.

You may use and adapt programme materials for your own personal learning and portfolio development. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute programme materials in any form without our prior written permission.

Work that you produce yourself during a programme — including your own code, projects, and written submissions — belongs to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

Inferra provides educational content and mentoring support to the best of our ability. However, we do not make any representations about the outcomes you will achieve through completing a programme. Results depend on each learner's own effort, prior experience, and personal goals.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Inferra's total liability to you in connection with any programme or service shall not exceed the fee you paid for that programme.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of earnings, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.

9. Website Use

You may browse our website for informational purposes. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the website or its underlying infrastructure, and not to use automated tools to scrape or extract content without our permission.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites, and linking does not imply endorsement.

10. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other applicable laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For enrolled learners, we will provide reasonable notice of any material changes by email.

Continuing to use our services after an update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Udon Thani Province, Thailand, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
