2. Data We Collect

2.1 Enquiry and Enrolment Forms

• Phone number (optional, if provided)
• Message or question content

2.2 Programme Delivery

• Assignment submissions and code files you send to us
• Communication history with mentors and instructors
• Progress and completion records within each programme

2.3 Website Usage Data

• Cookies and analytics data (where consented) — see Section 5
• Browser type, device type, and approximate geographic location (from IP address)

Legal basis: We process enquiry and programme data on the basis of your consent (submitted forms) and contract performance (delivering the programme you enrolled in). Analytics data is processed on the basis of consent, which you can withdraw at any time via our cookie settings.

Retention: Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months from last contact. Programme records are retained for up to 3 years from programme completion. You may request earlier deletion — see Section 6.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Responding to enquiries — we use your name and email to reply to questions about our programmes.
• Programme delivery — we use contact details and submission content to manage your enrolment, provide feedback, and communicate about your progress.
• Administrative communications — we may contact you about programme updates, schedule changes, or policy changes that affect your enrolment.
• Website improvement — where analytics cookies are consented, we use aggregated data to understand how learners use our site and improve content.
• Legal obligations — we may retain and process data as required by Thai law.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not send unsolicited marketing communications unless you have specifically requested information about our programmes.

3.1 Third-Party Processors

We use the following third-party services, which may process data on our behalf:

• Google Analytics (where consented) — website usage analytics
• Email hosting provider — delivery of communications

All third-party processors are instructed to process data only for the purposes we specify and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

4. Data Protection Measures

• Our website is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption in transit.
• Access to personal data is limited to team members who need it to deliver programmes or respond to enquiries.
• Programme submissions and communications are stored on access-controlled servers.
• In the event of a data breach that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, where required by law.

5. Cookies

We use cookies on our website to support basic functionality and, where you have consented, to collect analytics data. Strictly necessary cookies (session management, cookie consent preference storage) are always active. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you accept them via our cookie banner.

• Right to access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

• Right to data portability — you may request your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Right to object — you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
• Right to lodge a complaint — you may contact the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) at www.pdpc.or.th if you believe your rights have been infringed.

7. Third-Party Links
